GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any and all disputes arising from this Privacy Policy will be subject to arbitration to be conducted by an independent sole arbitrator (who shall be a retired judge/judicial officer) to be appointed by the Company. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English language. Subject to arbitration, the jurisdictional courts of New Delhi shall be entitled to grant interim relief/injunction.
